  1. Eject/power sensor issues

so ive just sent my brand new xbox one in for repair for the sensors. Havent even had the thing for a couple months and recieved a replacement from aarons where im leasing the xbox to own. Only thing is the replacement is doing the same thing and its absolutely
infuriating. How can i get a replacement that does the same thing my original was doing? Its rediculous man. Why am i over paying on my xbox through a company like aarons just to get faulty game consoles? Hoping my xbox one comes back with no issues at all
cause ive loved the xbox since the first gen. But i dont want something that doesnt do its job properly.

    :)

    No real buttons on console

I HATE this feature so far the eject sensor and power sensor are too sensitive

  3. new Xbox Slim disk tray automatically closes after a couple of seconds

Unplug your slim and Take a towel(NOT WET) and wipe it over the Eject sensor and Power Sensor buttons, If that does not work then you should get a replacement

    Ghost console.

Unplug the console and wipe down the touch sensor's (The power button and the eject button are touch)

Sometimes mass amounts of fingerprints can cause the console to eject and power on and off by itself

My Xbox turns On and Off randomly

try unplugging your console and taking a DRY towel and wiping the power button and eject button. Sometimes fingerprints can set off the touch sensor

I cant sign in, Go to settings, connect to xbox live or open an application!

Another way to do a factory reset, when you can't get to the settings, is to hold the sync and eject buttons, then tap the power sensor to bring up a troubleshooting menu. FYI

Original Xbox One won’t start up

Hi Luis, I have tried holding down the pair and eject buttons together several times, but have not heard additional start up sounds (unless I’m doing it wrong, the Xbox one doesn’t have an eject “button” but a sensor right?) I’ve also holding down the power button with the eject and pair buttons separately. Any other options to try?
