    For crip sake Microsoft how bout adding a eject option like the xbox 360 did....having to get up every time to swap disc is getting old....Microsoft if you want more sales then the Sony fix the fricken dashboard and make it more simple?

    So from the first day I bought my xbox it has been doing that annoying thing of ejecting the disc, turning on randomly etc...didn't use to bother me all that bad because I basically played games that didn't require a disc like minecraft. BUT now that I am
    into Destiny it will do it at the most awful times. Its been about a month now since I have had it and I have tried to disconnect the Kinect, power cycles etc. I have a service order to get it repaired but I REALLY don't wanna be without a console. Any other
    suggestions?

    Sorry to hear it. This does sound like an issue that requires a repair though. What I can suggest is to cancel your current service request then contact phone support. They should be able to set up an advanced replacement for you. What they need is a
    credit card or bank account that has enough money to cover the cost of the extra console. They don't pull it out but put a hold on it until your old console is received by them.

    Is there anyway to eject a disc from the Homescreen?

    I don't have that option to eject either. In fact, I can't eject at all. Not even the the eject button on the console works for me!

    Try holding down the eject button on the console for 5 to 10 seconds. Another thing i do is repeatedly tap the eject button, but i suggest the first option.

    Hi Luis, I have tried holding down the pair and eject buttons together several times, but have not heard additional start up sounds (unless I’m doing it wrong, the Xbox one doesn’t have an eject “button” but a sensor right?) I’ve also holding down the power button with the eject and pair buttons separately. Any other options to try?

    Same problem too! No option on dashboard to eject my disc. The eject button on the console itself is not responding and I tried the paper clip trick but still no luck!!!
