    This account participated in account theft, phishing, or solicitation. This may include the purchase, theft, or unauthorized use of an account, attempting to acquire personal information from other players, attempting to violate the Code of Conduct
    in exchange for money or other services, or commercial use of Xbox Live.

    i did no such thing, i have no idea how to do any of those things. Besides occasionally taking trash talk too far I've done nothing to violate TOS . At first I wasn't even sure what phishing meant so I searched it and was worried to see the amount
    of people with the same issue not getting fixed.
