Either a hack, or someones not being nice

I happily made my account one day in August in 2017, enjoying the life even off screen. But on one terrible day, I went to join a club, I clicked request invite, then I read up above. It said: access to feature blocked! I checked my privacy settings to no
avail. Ok yes I'm done with the rhymes now but now that I have your attention ill continue on with my complain that affects others as well because I know this happened with some of my friends too. I create an account, I play games, I do nothing wrong, and
I even check the enforcement page where it says I have a good record and no suspensions or bans. Originally it kept saying access to feature denied every time I try to request an invitation to join a club. Some of my friends had this issue as well. So I just
went along my days and thought it would go away after a while. Now, as of two weeks ago, its saying unable to do so because of, yes, you didn't guess it, because of a suspension! just today I finally got the answer, or at least thought I did, when I got the
link to the enforcement page from someone in the ambassadors chat. Well I checked it and it lead me to the same spot. Still saying my record is good! No suspensions, no negative feed back, no nothing. But why does it say the opposite on me phone? yes I do
check it on my computer because I find it excruciatingly difficult to get to the page on mobile. This is disappointing because I'm unable to do things even though all I did was make an account and go about happily obeying the code of conduct and the rules.
But it said it even on the exact day and time when I made my Account!!! this is (going to keep things pg here) Frustrating me because I'm unable to do it on both devices, on both computer and mobile. SO its not a device ban/suspension. I'm very unhappy with
this although I could be missing something or forgetting something or missing details, but I don't know what! So if anybody had, or has the same issue, please comment (if I'm missing something), what I'm missing, what I'm forgetting, and/or what I need to
do to be able to have the ability to request invite into a club! Explain what I need to do step by step, but if not, I'm probably getting hacked or there is an error in the coding or error in something. If I don't understand something and I'm looking stupid,
then do let me know, I wont be hurt and I wont get humiliated. But I do need help Hopefully it is not happening to anyone else other than me and the other people I know who is having this problem if there is no solution we can just discuss around what
should happen, if needing to make a new account (worst possible solution in my view) or whatever we discuss. I'm just very aggravated by this... 'Issue'.

Why did you back out? You scared?

I back out if I see someone over second prestige. Not because I think I'll get beat, but because it either a hacker or someone who takes COD way too seriously. I just play casually.

Indeed. This is not a hack or a Netflix bug. It is someone either playing a prank or messing up when using the PlayTo functionality. As has been recommended disable PlayTo and you should be fine.

So if I understand you correctly you are checking the enforcement site on your phone and it is saying that you have a suspension/ban?

But when you check it on your computer it is saying that you have a clean record?

If I'm understanding you wrong please let me know.

the only reason that it would be saying something different is if you are signed into two different accounts.

Kind of. Its in the app though. When I click the request for an invitation into a club it says I do. But yeah the rest is correct. It says I have a clean record on the computer site. Even on my phone, but in the xbox app itself it says I do when I click
request invitation. And ( yes I used 'and' to begin a sentence) I'm only using one account. I have three now testing this, and they all have the same issue. But the other two still have the privacy settings issue, so I don't use them as much and since I don't

A hack is when someone gets a hold of your gamertag. If it was hacked, it would be either unaccessible to you, or changes would have been made to it by someone else.

I suppose. I just think calling it 'hacking' is stretching the use of that word. All someone is doing, once they have your e-mail, is either guessing your password, resetting it, or brute forcing it. Usually when someone says 'hacking' it conjures up images
of Xbox Live itself being hacked, which is just not the case.

An official release from the company would be nice.
