Effect on Live account when switching from XBOX One BACK to 360?

This is a but of a stupid question but.... I habe an XBOX One (got it for christmas) and a 360 (had it about 8 years).... but I wanted to play one of my 360 games again.

My question is, seeing as I've already downloaded my profile onto the XBOX One, and I havent touched any 360 game or any achievements from December, if i were to play a 360 game again (and i get new achievements etc.), would it automatically reflect when
I sign back onto my XBOX One? Or would I have to redownload the profile again?

Just wanna be sure.

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.Click to expand...

Shared Xbox issues

This one. but it should effect the game on my system not just the account, least one would think that's how it would work. Her account was made simply so we could play together. And goes ack to my main question on how to disconnect hers from Xbox live to
get her name back.

Hi there!

Nothing really changes when you sign in on one of your other consoles. If you sign into your Xbox 360, you will have your Gamerscore as usual, and you can play games as you normally would. If you earn achievements on your 360, your updated Gamerscore will
be on your Xbox One too.

The only reason you might want to re-download your profile on your 360 is if the Gamer Picture hasn't updated to the Xbox One picture, but that's not a big deal.

i know the name of the current email registered in my account and i know the password. If i do the gamertag to new account will it effect when i make the move from 360 to xbox one? It comes out in 20 days and the switch account process takes 30 days

Hi! Make sure you are signed in with your Xbox Live account that has Xbox Live Gold. Here's how to check with which Xbox 360 profile you are signed in: When an Xbox 360 game is running, press the back-/select-button and start-/menu-button on your controller
at the same time. This will open the Xbox 360 guide from where you can switch your account.

Thanks for the heads up. I'm not sure the link above will help me with my problem. I'm looking to change the email that's associated with my xbox live account only, not my Microsoft account. I've done a bit of digging, and according to the following link
it looks like I can do it from our Xbox 360, but not Xbox one:

I'll try it tonight when I get home, I just hope the change takes effect on the Xbox One as well (I'm pretty sure it will)

Same here. Shows as $19.99 to me on Xbox One but have it on my original Live account for 360.

Only thing I did between buying the 360 version and now is I switched my account from UK to USA when I relocated. Surely the offer isn't based on where you bought the 360 version from?
