    i searched on here but they seem to be older answers. I have set up my son in laws xbox one and tried to edit his avatar to create new ones for his sons but it will not let me save the new avatar. Is it possible to either transfer their avatars from my
    xbox using either a usb stick or could i import them through their xbox one. assistance appreciated

    You can edit your avatar but there is no avatar marketplace. Xbox Goto Avatars will take you to the edit menu

    Hi there,

    After searching around. It appears that you are unable to edit your avatar within the Application, However you should be able to edit your avatar through the Xbox.com website, when you click onto your Gamertag. It will take you to your account, then it should
    display the edit my avatar option under your avatar

    Try editing your avatar on xbox.com. Login, click directly on your gamertag (Cwhited32), click "edit my avatar" button right below your avatar's feet on the left hand side, and then select "choose new avatar" button right below the my features button.
