    Hi gamer,

    a few things to try:

    1) Clearing the system cache

    Restart your console.

    Press the Xbox Guide button on your controller.

    Go to System Settings, and then select Storage.

    Select your internal storage device (Hard Drive or Internal Storage), then press Y.

    Select Clear System Cache, then select Yes to confirm.

    After the process completes, restart your console.

    2) Re-downloading your profile

    3) If neither of these work you are able to edit profile information by logging into xbox.com
