Edit profile buttons not there

A long time ago the change name, location and bio options disappeared from my Xbox. All I could do was change motto. I was okay with this because I used Xbox.com to change my bio, location and name but not I can't find where to do that on here anymore. Can
someone help me so I can change them?

Avatar not showing up at all?

same here, no "edit avatar" button, only edit profile, and even through edit profile there is nothing. I went to the appgame, nothing! Why is this so complicated

Microsoft removed the direct link to the page to edit your profile on the release on the Xbox One, because it does not (at least it didn't last I checked) use bios or mottoes on Live. However, they never took down the actual edit page. You can access the
page to edit your profile at this link...

Hey goldensharkbait, what you need to go to edit your profile on your Xbox One. Then go to edit avatar. Edit your avatar how you want it to look. Then hit the 3 line button (hamburger button/start button) there you will see the option to "take a photo" and
set it as your gamerpic.

You can do bio on the Xbox console just press the guide button go a long to profile scroll down to edit profile and at the there you should see bio

Try this: Guide Button > Settings > Profile > Edit Profile > Privacy Settings > Voice and Text > Make sure EVERYONE is selected.
