    Edge still keeps crashing


    since the update some months ago now, Microsoft edge crashes every time I try so steam video. I contacted Microsoft and tried everything possible over the following few days to fix the problem, only to be told that the issue affects
    all the Xbox consoles, and I should just wait until the next update. I was told that it should be within the next couple of weeks. That was months ago, and still no fix. I had also tried other browsers, and they suffer the same problem. So my question is simple.
    When will the issue be resolved?

    Edge keeps crashing recently after only a few minutes of use. Any known fixes?

    my Microsoft edge keeps crashing, when I'm on Facebook, YouTube and etc. I've hard reset the my console and it still does this, what can I do to fix this?

    Which other browsers did you try on your Xbox One console? Currently, the only supported browser available for Xbox One is Microsoft Edge. Additionally, which specific streaming website is causing the crashes?

    Thanks, guys!

    I've tried streaming on Beam, Twitch, and Youtube. These were the only streaming sites that wouldn't give me an error when I tried to stream or went to the site. Netflix, HBO Go, and Hulu either gave an error or pushed towards the app.

    Silver mentions that browsing the internet works just fine. Is this the same for everyone else? Can you guys let me know the names of the other browsing apps you are using, too? I want to dig into this as much as I can to help you out. :)
