Edge not scaling properly

Discus and support Edge not scaling properly in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; So after the april update the edge app is smoother at least for me in the few sites i visit, and it seems is the UWP version, however scaling is broken...     Edge not scaling properly


    So after the april update the edge app is smoother at least for me in the few sites i visit, and it seems is the UWP version, however scaling is broken since i have a 1920x1080 screen and the app adjusts itself to something around
    ~1600x900 not critical but certainly annoying, i turned off the ability of apps to scale automaticaly to fit and it goes out of bounds. please fix it, be it edge or xbox team...

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    The windows 10 store does not work properly and Xbox app is not working. I had the solitaire collection about a month and I got an expiration notice, also. None of it can be fixed without Windows improving the product. I was playing in Internet explorer
    not Edge. I don't use Edge because Norton 360 safe search and auto sign in does not work on Edge.

    How Come Xbox One Only 720 Compared to 900 for PS4

    The 360 had a great upscaler. The One does not. The Xbox one adds artificial edge enhancement that renders the Xbox One games useless for IG/PQ hogs unless you change your console settings to 720p for the 720p games before you launch them. Microsoft really
    dropped the ball since the last gen on their scaling abilities.

    Just curious, have you had the chance to reach out to the support teams for these websites that you're visiting to ask about their compatibility on the Microsoft Edge app for the Xbox One console?

    Also, do you happen to notice this scaling issue when you try using other apps or when playing other games?

    Hey there Max!

    Sorry to hear that you're dealing with this issue concerning Edge.

    That does sound like a peculiar issue. Maybe a recent update was interrupted and needs to be redone.

    I would suggest trying what we call a soft reset of your console. It's a reset of your console back to factory settings but one that does not uninstall any of your games or apps and is a really good troubleshooting
    step for most issues.

    Just make sure that before you go ahead with it, that you do know all of the sign-in information for any/all of your accounts(asthey
    will be removed) and have easy access to your internet network.

    Also make sure that you select the option denoted
    reset and keep my games and apps.

    Edge Not Scaling Properly

    There is a setting to allow apps to use a border.

    Settings, display and sound, video output, video fidelity and overscan. Toggle off apps can use a border. That should fix it.

    The issue is with the game not scaling properly, not an issue with any of my hardware or configuration.
