Edge insider channels (Beta, Dev, Canary)

Hi, you tried use others Browsers to Make test? I Suggest you use the Edge Insider (Canary, Dev, Beta) choose one install and try again, going in https://www.xbox.com

you tried other Browser? I Use Edge Chromiun and works greated, try use the Edge Canary Version or Edge Dev but take in insider webpage to not have any problem

I would ask that question in the Xbox forum as well, this forum is for Windows 10 Insider consisting of DEV, PR, and Beta channels.

On Firefox and the Microsoft Edge browser (the one that comes with Windows 10, not the new Chromium based Edge that is being tested), I also have issues loading my messages.

However, using Google Chrome or the DEV channel of the Microsoft Edge Insider preview, I can access my messages on the web.

Also check that you do not have script or ad-blocking add ons in your browser, or at least disable them for the Xbox domain.

As mentioned in the following article, if you were previously in Canary and want to stop getting the preview version immediately, you need to perform a Windows fresh install. Moreover, the Canary channel can't be switched to other channels, and we don't recommend you refer to the method provided by the three parties to downgrade Canary to Beta, because it will cause many other problems in the process of using it. The two problems you are experiencing are most likely due to changes in system files that have prevented some features from working properly. If you currently want to stop getting the preview version, please refer to our official link to perform a fresh install.
