Edge disappeared on my xbox one since its last update

I'm glad I'm not the only one. Web browser just disappeared one day. Can't look it up in the store and hard reset doesn't work either

I wish I could have took that bullet for you. I don't these pre-installed apps that suck. If Firefox comes to Xbox I'm getting it, but to me it seems like the app got corrupted some how.

The Hard Reset doesn't delete stuff, it only resets the power supply. This is a type of reboot and usually always solves stuff.

To do it:

>Go to your console

>HOLD the down the power button for UP TO 10 secs until it shuts down you'll hear a chime when it does.

>Immediately disconnect the power cord from the console and wait for 20-30 secs

>Reconnect the power cord back to your console and wait another 20-30 secs

>Power it back on using either power button and see if the app is restored in My games & apps

Clearing the cache will make the console reset but clears stuff out like thumbnail files that you don't need

To do it go to:

>Settings

>Network >> Network settings

>Advanced settings

>Alternate MAC address

then select "Clear"

That refresh I won't explain it won't work.

I'm having trouble with the Xbox Accessories App though, it keeps crashing on me. I don't want to upgrade to no Windows 10 just to configure a controller a controller. So if you know anything HMU. LOL

Try going to the store to pull up a game or app, then click on the Xbox Live code of conduct or a Privacy Policy link at the bottom of where the size of the game or app is, it might force the Edge app to open.

Try to redownload it form the store
