Edge browser not fulll screen on monitor other videos looks like it is, is it just me

The problem is still there, moving the cursor to the bottom of the screen in edge, just moves it to the corner of the screen in Fortza. The edge browser screen is not using the entire screen, like a game does. The cursor is still visible and will not go away or can be moved when the Fortza game is being played.

There are 3 sites that use Html5 and run on the PC version of Edge that don't or have difficulty on the Xbox Series X Edge. I just want the websites to play the video properly. Even if you say consoles aren't the PC version, it is the mainstream Edge browser, the Developer Teams are the ones that remove or add functionality, this is why I posted this request and concern. This console is more than capable of running the browser like the PC version. I just want the video to run on it properly.

I noticed the same thing. I thought an even better workaround would be to use the edge browser to run it nativley instead of having to chromecast from a laptop which is very poor. However, it looks like edge on xbox one doesn't work with prime video either.

Yes, I have successfully connected to one other network, my iPhone personal hotspot.

As I am able to navigate and interact with the Xfinity website using the Edge browser, I know that it is getting at least some sort of connection. Unfortunately, logging into Xfinity on my Edge browser does not resolve the authentication issue—seems odd to me but there ya go.

An extra detail I forgot to add is that when I am interacting with the browser window that is generated via my authentication attempt, I cannot highlight or even select anything in the address bar.

I’ve also tried another work around: I manually copied the address from the first screen into the Edge browser. It did successfully generate the same page, with some minor aesthetic differences. However, when I hit [Sign in] on that page, I was given an error message on their website to the affect of “Oops! Looks like there was a network problem! Try [Troubleshooting] for more information.” When I followed that link it just brought me back to the Xfinity homepage, still in the Edge browser.

Edge on Xbox is limited compared to it's desktop counterpart; for example downloads and browser extensions are not supported. It's intended for basic browser usage like reading articles, watching videos, etc. You may run into issues when trying to use it for productivity tasks.

Unfortunately there are no other browsers for Xbox, and it is not possible to downgrade to an earlier version of Microsoft Edge. Please reach back if you have further questions.
