Bonjour j'ai un problème dès que j'allume ma console je n'ai qu'un écran noir pas de son pas la possibilité d'avoir l'acceuil quelqu'un déj eu ce problème ? Merci de votre réponse.

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums, Sphinx. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with a black screen on your console.

Is you console configured to allow Insider updates? Are you able to pull up the Troubleshooting menu?

This can be done by following these simple steps:

Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.
Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.
Press and hold the BIND button (located on the left side of the console) and the EJECT button (located on the front of the console), and then press the Xbox button on the console.
Continue holding the BIND and EJECT buttons for 10-15 seconds.
Listen for two "power-up" tones a couple of seconds apart
You can release the BIND and EJECT buttons after the second power-up tone.

If you can do this, then at this point I would recommend that you perform a soft

factory reset on your console.

Keep in mind that you will need to have the email and password of your account, as doing this will remove all accounts on your console, Home Xbox associations, and potentially your games and apps depending on what option you use when resetting.

Oui j'ai tout essayé changé les câbles hdmi mais rien y fait même éteindre et rallumer la console

Réinitialisez l'alimentation de la console en l'émettant et retirez le câble d'alimentation pendant quelques minutes.

Pendant son arrêt, vérifiez les trous de ventilation sur les côtés de la console pour la poussière bloquant le flux d'air.

La surchauffe empêchera votre console de démarrer jusqu' ce qu'elle refroidisse.

J'utilise un aspirateur pour aspirer toute poussière des trous de ventilation.
