Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are experiencing difficulties with you console behaving in ways it was not intended.

I would first recommend that you perform a
power cycle on your console, as suggested by Xbox Forums Ambassador
Jayhab4real. This should help refresh the machine and allow you to navigate the menus of your console once more.

In the instance that this does not work, you will need to perform a soft

factory reset on your console, so as to preform a fresh start once more. Keep in mind that this will remove all the accounts on your console, as well as any Home Xbox associations, so be sure to have the email and passwords of the account you wish to recover.
This will however keep your games and apps.

If you are unable to reset your console this way, you will have to follow the Step 2 of

this article [without the USB portions] to pull up the Troubleshoot menu and reset your console this way.

Bonjour j'ai fait cette manipulation mais j'ai toujours l écran vert puis l'écran voir qui se poursuit que faire s'il vous plaît.
