Echo's In Kips Bay

A friend and I have been playing The Division. When I join his game my game gets all messed up and shows echo's that are not there for him and I. Anyone have the same issue? And if so what to do to fix it? I think I collected them all and they still show
on map and they never go away even when I am on a game by myself.

Does anyone know if the Game of the Year Edition works too ?

Well I know for a fact mine is the GOTY. The price I pay on eBay about 5 years ago echo's that lol. It was hard to find the GOTY for the Xbox.

I am currently missing a vendor. I did not make it there. If you already have it and would like to share the info with me feel free to leave a comment. I hope this is helpful as i am sure i will look back at it. Often am i searching for something and its
nice to know what vendors to jump to when in search of it.

 

I was able to collect 1 but still have 4 that are glitched. Anyone else having this issue?

 

I have an issue with one in tenderloin but have not got round to collecting them all yet

 

I did learns some are linked to missions. Mission persons. Maybe this is your problem. Did not solve my issue but thats what info i was able to find out.
