Ebony flintlock

I was sent here to explain why I didn't receive the Ebony flintlock pistol after viewing the stream via mixer. I see others have reported this similar issue but it has been MONTHS now! What's going on?? I would appreciate answers

So I also have attended the mixxr stream to qualify for the ebony flintlock pistol, I have received the code redeemed the code but am yet to have the ebony flintlock in my armoury please advise.

I watched the entire mixer stream with my accounts linked and never received a code for the ebony flintlock item. This post said I should make a topic here in order to rectify the situation.

PLEASE can I get some staff support?! I collect every cosmic item in the game and it's bothering me that I didn't receive the ebony flintlock when I made sure to follow all directions correctly

I was sent to this forum as well and been waiting on any kind of response from the support team myself... kinda feels like they don't really still look at this forum. I mean there aren't that many posts on here so it shouldn't be taking them this long to
get back to people.
