I watched the Sea of Thieves stream on Mixer but never received the code. What should I do?

Sea of thieves ebony flintlock

So I also have attended the mixxr stream to qualify for the ebony flintlock pistol, I have received the code redeemed the code but am yet to have the ebony flintlock in my armoury please advise.

I watched the entire mixer stream with my accounts linked and never received a code for the ebony flintlock item. This post said I should make a topic here in order to rectify the situation.

You are not alone, my friend. There are many of us in the same boat. I contacted Sea of Thieves Support and they "copy/pasted" a response to me, directing me here. Hopefully the powers that be will resolve this issue!

You're definitely not alone. ive been trying to get this thing for days now with no help from the forums, chat, mixpot, or sea of thieves. it got activated for my registerred email on mixer rather than my LINKED email and it hasnt shown up for either.
