    So, I’m in the same boat (pun totally intended) as many players of Sea of Thieves. Sat and watched the Mixer stream, but still have not received the Ebony Flintlock skin in my armory inventory. Really bummed out, especially considering all the issues that
    already plagued my account previously, that the Rare staff were kind enough to communicate with with you and the both of you were able to resolve. I’m hoping this ‘hiccup’ in the system can be fixed as well. Thank you for your time!

    I have not received the Ebony Flintlock reward from the Sea of Thieves Mixer stream.

    I haven't recieved my ebony flintlock pistol skin on Sea of thieves from the mixer stream.

    Watched the Mixer stream (Sea of Thieves first look at Forsaken Shores) but I did not receive the MixPot promotion (the Huntress figurehead).

    ps: I have my Mixer account since the first stream event, with the Ebony Flintlock reward (5 or 6 months ago)

    Unfortunately, we have determined that this account did not have the proper Mixer credentials at the time of the stream.



    Not having everything linked up properly at the time for the stream would mean the account would not qualify for the promotion.

    To set this up properly set up a Mixer account and then

    link in to your Gamertag!



    There will be plenty of other streams in the future and we do hope you are able to take advantage of future MixPots!
