Ebony flintlock pistol SOT did not receive from mixer

Hello, a little over a week ago I watched a mixer stream from my browser in order to get the flintlock pistol in Sea of Thieves. I have received a message from Xbox 5 days ago quoting "Thank you for watching Inside Xbox on Mixer! You have received the Sea
of Thieves Ebon Flintlock and RAGE 2 Wingstick avatar item. Please check your Armory in Sea of Thieves to equip the Ebon Flintlock and launch the Avatar app on your Xbox One to check out the Wingstick." as well as seeing it in my order history for my Microsoft
account. I still have not received the pistol in the game. I play SOT on PC and wondering if this is the issue since a lot of my Xbox friends seem to have the pistol. If there is anything on my end that I can do to get this addressed, any information would
be grateful. As well if this is not the correct place to report this issue a link or direction to the correct support would be very appreciated. Thank you for your time reading this.

We understand this can be confusing or frustrating and want to help as best as we can regarding the
MixPot. You’ll receive your
MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event. Remember, you must be logged in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your
MixPot. As per the
MixPot FAQ, inquiries into missing content must be initiated within two weeks of the live streaming
event in order to be investigated.

Go ahead and post here in the Xbox
Sales and Promotions section or on the Mixer
Promotions section, but not both.

Please be mindful that due to the popularity of
MixPot, some viewers may not receive content.

We are monitoring the problem, and trying to get an official word to all those affected.

I began watching the mixer stream a couple minutes before it started on April 16th but have yet to receive the ebony flintlock pistol that was promised for watching the stream.

Same thing for me. I watched the entire stream, on both xbox and PC, my gamertag and mixer accounts are linked. I never received the Ebony Flintlock pistol, either. I really would like to get the Huntress Figurehead...

That can't be right. I have had a Mixer account for months. I even have the flintlock pistol which was a mixpot reward from about 5 months ago when there was also a SoT Mixer stream. I can post a screenshot to prove it if you'd like.
