Ebony Flintlock Pistol skin

Hello, I'm hoping someone can help me get my ebony pistol skin. I watched about 3 hours of the stream on my phone on mixer with my Xbox account linked and still have not received anything. I would appreciate it if someone could look into it for me, thanks.

Missing flintlock skin - Sea of Thieves

I haven't recieved my ebony flintlock pistol skin on Sea of thieves from the mixer stream.

Hi there, SovietSpook, thanks for reaching out and we greatly appreciate your interest in the Inside Xbox MixPot.

However, at this time, all users who watched the Inside Xbox stream live with a Microsoft Account linked to their Mixer account should now have the Flintlock Pistol skin & Stargazer Anubis skin unlocked. We're afraid no further code send-outs for this MixPot
are occurring. We hope to see you at our future Mixer events, thank you for being a part of the Mixer family

Thank you for coming by the Xbox forums.

This is quoted from the
MixPot FAQ: "You’ll receive your
MixPot within one week or less from the end of the Xbox Live streaming event. Remember, you must be logged in to Mixer with your Microsoft account to get your MixPot.

Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content. Viewers don’t have to watch the entire briefing to qualify. You’ll be notified after
the stream is over with more details regarding your MixPot."

Double check your Microsoft Account
order history for a redemption of the skin since it is done automatically to your account, and also double check your inventory within the game.

It takes time for Microsoft, Mixer, and Rare to verify who is eligible for the skin and then having to redeem the skin to all of the account's who qualified. Some may get it sooner, some may have to wait the full week to receive the item, it just varies
probably based on the order of the viewers watching the stream like a first come first serve basis.

The MixPot rules listed on the FAQ applies to every MixPot, so if Rare Ltd. promised that this skin was not limited and everyone would get it, then you would need to contact them about it because at the end of the day, the developers are primarily responsible
for providing an in game item and then Microsoft will distribute them to the Microsoft accounts qualified to receive this skin.

I began watching the mixer stream a couple minutes before it started on April 16th but have yet to receive the ebony flintlock pistol that was promised for watching the stream.
