This is going to sound dumb, but I didn't know I needed to be logged in for the reward. I took screenshots to prove I was there. Is there any way I could be contacted about this?

Unfortunately, not having everything linked up properly at the time for the stream would mean the account would not qualify for the promotion.

There will be plenty of other streams in the future and we do hope you are able to take advantage of future MixPots!

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support

If you go to account.microsoft.com , do you see the Ebon Flintlock under your Order History?
Both the flintlock and the Rage 2 avatar gear should show under the order history if you qualified for the mixpot reward.

Sorry to hear you did not receive the Ebon Flintlock for watching the Mixer stream. You will want to review the Xbox Mixpot FAQ page. As it states,
Mixpot rewards are limited and not guarenteed to all viewers.

Keep an eye out on the forums though. It sounds like the Moderators may be posting the rewards status soon.
