Ebon Flintlock

Came about 1 hour early to watch the entire insidexbox stream on mixer to receive the Ebon Flintlock pistol that was promised on twitter but despite making sure i did everything the correct way it's now 7 days later and no pistol on my account.

Twitter promotion clearly states "if you watch via @WatchMixer whilst signed into your Microsoft account you'll earn the Ebon Flintlock!"

Mixpot faq then differently states "Quantities are limited—only the first qualified viewers will receive the MixPot. Due to the popularity of MixPot, some viewers may not receive content."

Well i was there almost 1 hour early and didn't get it while i know ppl logged in later than me and still got the pistol so either both statements are wrong or there is a technical error
to explain why i did not receive the pistol.

I see other threads here saying similar things with mods saying we have to create a ticket within 2 weeks yet nobody tells us how to create such ticket and all the help just keep redirecting
us to this forum where all we seem to be able to do is create these threads... please help we are frustrated about this.
