Ebon Flintlock went to different Microsoft account.

I logged into mixer and linked my account using the email for my Microsoft account that has Sea of Theives. I noticed I hadn't received the skin yet. Then I tried to login to mixer again, and it said I had received the code already. I logged into my other
Microsoft account yesterday, and found that the skin has been sent to it, which doesn't have the game.... When I try to login to mixer with both accounts email addresses, it is the same mixer account. If I delete the account that got the skin in error,
will the code become available to redeem on my used account?

Missing Ebon Flintlock Pistol Skin

I watched the entire stream on March 22nd in order to receive the Ebon Flintlock skin and I was logged into my microsoft account associated to my xbox account. Please help fix this.

 

Redeemed Support Code for Ebon Flintlock and still don't have it in-game

I posted recently about not receiving the Ebon Flintlock in-game for watching the mixpot stream on March 10th. I received a code for it after support proved I had indeed watched the stream. It has been two days after redeeming the code and my microsoft account
reflects this and has the ebon flintlock as redeemed on my account. I still do not have it in-game.

Unfortunately, as the skin was not a code but content sent out by the developers of the game directly to your account there would be no way to transfer the content from one account to another.

The content would have been linked to the account that is linked to your Mixer account on the device you watched the stream on.

When using two accounts to watch streams during a MixPot we highly recommend logging in on different browsers or ensuring you sign out of all other accounts when watching on the console.
