    Ebon Flintlock on Sea of Thieves


    I am without the unlock, after having assumed things would flow properly.

    I missed out the first showing to unlock, so I made certain I was available for the second stream.

    I was told to wait until the Firday after the stream, and it hadn't unlocked.

    I contacted support, and they have just told me to visit an expired link.

    I dug and dug, and found out that this is where I should be contacting for support.

    I would appreciate my content to be updated in game as to reflect having watched the LiveStream on Mixer.

    I clicked on order history and it said Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock and on the right, it said completed.

    I just checked my armory chest, and I didn't see it there.

    In my order history it says SoT CCU 01. Not sure if thats what you're talking about, but other than that and the Ebon Flintlock I mentioned earlier thats all I see.
    Thanks for that info. If you did not pre-order Sea of Thieves, we're afraid you would not be eligible for the Black Dog pack.

    For the Ebon Flintlock pistol, you're not seeing that available to you in either armory chest within the game (ship or weapons shop)? Are you able to send us a screenshot of what you see when you open the chest and look at your weapons options for the Flintlock

    You should get a message from Xbox Live that should tell you to "Please check your Armory in Sea of Thieves to equip the Ebon Flintlock."

    I also got the message last night around 7pm cst.

    I understand Microsoft mixing pot URL has this disclaimer most likely for this exact reason but
    Sea of Thieves posted-whilst signed into your Microsoft account you'll earn the Ebon Flintlock!

    Not trying to be that guy but its not exactly my fault Microsoft and Sea of Thieves aren't on the same page.

    This isn't exactly DLC either.
