Ebon Flintlock Not Received

Hi! I watched the Sea of Thieves Mixer stream and did not receive my Ebon Flintlock pistol. I had watched it On Demand later that same evening rather than watching live, as I assumed the stream worked the same way the E3 Mixpot worked (you could watch the
videos after and still get the Mixpot).

I contacted support about this and was told they thought it had to be watched live, but I could post here for more information? Do you have any information about this? Are all Mixpot rewards live only now? If so, when did that change?

I was really hoping to get the Ebon Flintlock and wish I knew I had to be there at the time rather than watching later that evening when my work schedule didn’t didnt clash
