Ebon flintlock from mixpot still haven't received it

If you are not seeing the pistol in-game in your ships Armory then it may be due to a known issue with promotional content that the Sea of Thieves devs are working on.

We recommend checking to see if the game has any needed updates after a
power cycle, and then checking the
status pages and filing a
support bug with the Sea of thieves team.

I watched the entire stream, was signed in and still haven't received the Ebon flintlock.

I checked some minutes ago my order history and nothing..

Hope I can still receive my most wanted weapon.

I want to point out that Rare did not say "quantities were limited" and Major Nelson didn't say "quantities were limited" during the stream.

This was only pointed out in the FAQ. Also, if I'm literally on the stream earlier than most everyone, how do I not qualify? Does this imply that the digital rewards were randomly issued?

I do not have anything in my order history for last week's event. I have received items from previous MixPot events but nothing from the last one in my order history.

I did watch a MixPot event in November of 2018 and for that event I did receive:

"Sea of Thieves Obsidian Drum"

Is it because I signed in BEFORE the 30 minute pre stream and didn't get recognized? I was one of the first qualified viewers because I literally watched everything.
