Ebon Flintlock from MixPot not Received

I did not receive the the Flintlock pistol and I'm trying to get some support.

I waited the week specified. I reached out to Rare who sent me to this link:

I know that I followed all the steps specified to qualify for the event (logged into Mixer and I have linked account). I was on the stream watching before the 30 minute pre show. I watched and commented during the pre-show and I watched the entire main
stream. I was definitely one of the first watching. I followed the suggestion from the site above and it brought me here. And now I see mods are trying to send us back to the mixpot faq

Is there any other mechanism for help other than the loop of mixpot-faq to xbox.com/mixpothelp.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
