Ebon Flintlock from Insider Stream on April 16

We've noticed that multiple users were not included in the initial wave of reward distribution. In order to make sure that we've rewarded eligible users,
a second round of content has been distributed.

I started the stream 5 mins early on Xbox one and didn't get the Ebon Flintlock theres nothing in my order history

Looking around these forums and you can see posts with the same issue. So there may be just running late with sending all those out. Also if you check the FAQ you linked it says on there that you will be notifed with in 7 days and that not all viewers will
recive a item. I would say if yoiu havent heard anything then unfortunately you didnt get anything this time

I'm only posting for assistance because it's been over 7 days. I'm perfectly happy with accepting that not all people got the item but I'm confused as to how I didn't get it but my friends who I had to remind to watch the stream after it started got it.
Is the official stance that the quantities ran out? Shouldn't there be a disclaimer on all of the twitter post saying that there are terms?

I did exactly as prompted and I didn't receive it. I'm just wanting to clear up confusion. I'm not wanting to demand a weapon skin but I followed the instructions and watched the stream while signed in as required.

They are still waiting to be updated dude. Be patient. I know it's frustrating I'm still waiting for it too but as soon as they know they'll let us know 👍

I thought we have to contact within two weeks or it will be too late? Can I still get support for December then? I didnt get that one either.
