Ebon Flintlock and Black Dog Pack

Hello. I haven't received my pistol or the pack when I preordered the game about 2-4 weeks before the game came out. They said in about a week, I would receive these items but I don't see anything in my messages or in my inventory when I'm in the game. I
tried logging out, and logging back in but no luck.

I checked my Order History and the Ebon Flintlock is indeed there now. Thank you!

However, the Black Dog pack is not there. I'm concerned because I pre-ordered the night before, so it was kind of last-minute. Did I miss the deadline?

To clarify, the Anubis skin was also part of the MixPot reward, along with the Ebon Flintlock pistol. The Black Dog pack codes were for preordering the game, and are still being sent out. There's more information on additional content
and how to access it on
this Sea of Thieves support page.

To check, when you view your
Order History while signed into your account, what do you see there? Do you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol)?

Additionally, when in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the item there?

Also, if you purchased Sea of Thieves, what do you see in your Order History for that purchase? The Black Dog Pack was a pre-order bonus only.

I clicked on order history and it said Sea of Thieves Ebon Flintlock and on the right, it said completed.

I just checked my armory chest, and I didn't see it there.

In my order history it says SoT CCU 01. Not sure if thats what you're talking about, but other than that and the Ebon Flintlock I mentioned earlier thats all I see.

 

Thanks for that info. If you did not pre-order Sea of Thieves, we're afraid you would not be eligible for the Black Dog pack.

For the Ebon Flintlock pistol, you're not seeing that available to you in either armory chest within the game (ship or weapons shop)? Are you able to send us a screenshot of what you see when you open the chest and look at your weapons options for the Flintlock
pistol?

Right. I checked the armory chest next to the weapons shop, and it wasn't there. Same with the chest thats on the ship.

 

Thank you for sharing that xRattleMeBone. Since you indicated that you see the Ebon Flintlock pistol in your Order History, that means that it has applied to your account.

The Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the

Patch Notes- 1.0.2 released today. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the
Sea of Thieves Twitter or via the
official Sea of Thieves site. We appreciate your patience with this.
