Ebon Flintloack still not in game and no help so far

I posted a few days back about the Ebon Flintlock still not being in my in game inventory. It is in my account purchase history but not in game. I received a very unhelpful reply which was different from every other reply all the
other users got when they had this issue. Its been well over a week with no help or follow up reply. any help would be appreciated.

Lost my black dog hook and I still don't have my Ebon pistol

I need help with the Sea of Thieves game, I still havent received the Ebon Pistol and now the hook from the black dog pack is missing. :\

I watched the Mixer stream and have still yet to receive the Ebon Flintlock. All of my other bonus items are working for this game, but the Ebon Flintlock doesn't show up in my inventory.

To check, when you view your
Order History while signed into your account, and you see the Sea of Thieves Mixpot item (Ebon Flintlock pistol) listed there, that means that it has applied to your account.

When in Sea of Thieves, if you visit the Armory Chest on your boat or next to the weapons shop, do you see the item there?

If not, the Sea of Thieves team has included an issue with some players not being able to see their downloadable content in game via the

Patch Notes- 1.0.2 released today. This issue is being looked into and they did include a potential workaround.

In the meantime, please keep an eye out for updates via the
Sea of Thieves Twitter or via the official
Sea of Thieves site. We appreciate your patience with this.
