    Hi does anyone know why I can' sign into my ebay account on my xbox one I signed out yesterday and can't sign back in

    Was able to sign in on a samsung tablet but still can't on xbox one

    You don't have to do all that ^^ you could also try opening the web browser closing all tabs refreshing then of course trying to sign in again.

    Hi I Type ebay into bing always done it that way I don't use the app go through explorer until yesterday i could sign in

    Hello Tina,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you are having issues signing into an app. We recommend a

    power cycle     of the console. Once back on then try and sign in. If still doesn't try uninstalling the app and reinstalling it.

    Ebay on xbox one

    We have experienced the same issue from last night 7pm till right now

    using microsoft edge app to search on bing “ebay”

    takes us to the site fine

    go to sign in and get a white screen

    all tabs visible and adress bar visible

    app been unistalled but its not that

    turned off and unplugged xbox -still not working

    oddly can sign in on the american site ebay.com

    (everythings in dollars though)
