I wonder what the true meaning behind valentines day is. and what is the true meaning behind easter.

 

Valentines day was invented by Bon Jovi's great grandad and Easter is the celebration Jesus' first visit to the Easter Bunny's house.

You are religious right? You dont know what Easter is about? Wow. Its only a major part of the Christian Religion.

 

theres more to easter than what you know bro. from my understanding, easter is a pagan day that was adopted by Christians. so is Christmas. but the world wants you to believe that these days had something to do with Jesus. its not in the bible to celebrate
these days, so why do we, that was really my question.

Jesus was crucified on Good Friday. Then Jesus rose from the dead on Easter. Maybe you been missing church.

 

Nonetheless, the name Easter comes from a pagan celebration: the feast of Eostre, an ancient goddess whose symbol was a rabbit or hare (hence all those bunnies).

 

But we celebrate it not from pagan religion. We celebrate it because of Jesus. You know what though religion and politics, so many opinions. Im not even religious.
