    Hi anyone/everyone, I redeemed the Easter gift on my main and 2nd account that game share with eachother (2nd account is my parents) on another xbox in the house and when I was looking at some dlc on the 2nd account, it purchased it when I didn't mean for it to. I'm not concerned with the purchase itself but I just want to know if this is allowed? Nothing was mentioned in the ToS but I want to make sure I was allowed to make a purchase on an account that is currently game sharing using the same accounts redeemed gift. I'm happy for the dlc to be removed if it's not allowed because I didn't mean to buy it anyway.

    All I can really say is I was happy enough with my £4 which I used towards The Witcher 3 GOTY in the sale - since I was far too lazy to play whilst it was in Game Pass not so long back :D

    But in your case I would request a call back from the phone support. Hopefully they can help you with that issue.
