    On Easter we purchased the Easter Day Xbox live 3 months for 9.99. I’ve never used Xbox live before but only purchased it because of the Easter egg special on the home screen of my Xbox was showing the 3 months for 9.99 promotion!
    I talked to someone at support and I was referred to this. They told me for some reason I only got 30 days when I was suppose to get 90! Which the offer stated very clear! I was told that I need to contact you to get issued a promo code to fix my account.
    Below are the details on my receipt! I was speaking to Joharie I through support. I was purchasing the 3 month deal which for some reason expired after 30 days! I saved my messages with her if needed! My email attached to the account is
