    East Coasters - How is your Gamepass Cloud Streaming experience?


    I live in Newfoundland, Canada. Doesn't get any more East coast than me. My game pass console cloud streaming experience is abysmal.

    Background: I have gigabit 1.5 Fibe internet, console wired via ethernet of course, and on speed tests from the same wire I get 940/940Mbps. I regularly get between 300-400Mbps when downloading games from XBL - which is great. Using a Series X presently.

    The above video continues to be my experience with the new Gamepass streaming service, from both my Series S and X, wired and wireless are no different, both via switch or bypassing switch, etc. I'm a network admin by trade, and my best guess is the cloud server I'm streaming from is located too far away (too many hops). Either they have Newfoundland pointed to West Coast Azure services, or somewhere in Europe maybe.

    I am wondering if any other East Coasters can chime in with their experience and location.
