EA's Mirror's Edge Mandatory Consent to use of data for Single player campaign is unacceptable and sets a dangerous precedent.

If you purchase Mirrors Edge Catalyst you will not be able to play ANY ASPECT OF THE GAME without consenting to a consent of data. I have never seen this on any single console game ever and find it offensive. Further is in stark IRONIC contrast to the
games own slogan FIGHT OPPRESSION. CLAIM YOUR FREEDOM.

This game should require a large warning on the cover that explains to customers that they CANNOT OPT OUT of this agreement.

There's no way that can happen. That @sshole who tried to patent the word 'edge' and stupidly tried to sue EA's Mirror's Edge surely sets a precedent for that.

 

First timer buying an X Box console and games. What to get?

If it's a preference for single player games then EA Access is probably the biggest bang for your buck right now.

All the Mass Effects, Dead Spaces, Titanfall 2 sp campaign, Mirrors Edge Catalyst etc.

 

Actually many games due that. Including the console you play on. Posting this on Microsofts site will accomplish nothing.

you pretty much agree to a lot of games Terms once you open the package. And if you dont agree to those Terms you can get a refund. Maybe not at store level but you can get a refund.

Look om the back of the package next time. It even tells you to go to their website to see them

Read right before section 1. If you did not install it you still have a perfectly good chance to get a refund.
