Earthworm Jim HD unplayable on xbox 360

Please help. I get to title screen and it says it cant read my gamer profile even though I was on Xbox live before starting the game. Game kicks me off Xbox live then when I try to join back while the game is running it says there is an error signing on
the Xbox Live. Funny enough though when I quit game and then sign on to Xbox live I am able to sign back on, but then I go back to game and the whole problem starts all over again.

The game simply will not let me play without reading my gamer profile. Options are retry or quit, when I retry it keeps saying cannot read gamer profile and when I select quit it stays put until I hit a button and the endless loop starts again.

About to ask for a refund on this game as it us UNPLAYABLE.

Earthworm Jim HD... can't download

Thanks for the link, I have now tried each of the listed methods. When looking at previous downloads, I can find Earthworm Jim HD, but I get an error code: 800700E8 . This is despite all the other services working fine.

When I use Purchase History (a link from the support page you cited) on a browser, I cannot find Earthworm Jim HD.

When searching the store on a browser, I can find Earthworm Jim, it says "You own this game." but it says I don't have an applicable device. This is despite my Xbox 360 being listed as "Xbox 360 Super Elite Console".

If I look at my Microsoft Account I can see Earthworm Jim HD in my Order History. There is no link for downloading it there, though.

Sorry to hear about the issues you're having while playing Earthworm Jim HD. To clarify, are you playing on an Xbox 360 console or on an Xbox One console through Backward Compatibility? What sort of troubleshooting steps have you tried as well to fix it?

I am using an Xbox360.

I have tried to delete the game then reinstall it. That does not work.

I have tried clearing all my caches in through the system settings. That does not work.

I have tried deleting the game then reinstalling on the internal drive instead of the Microsoft XBOX360 external hard drive that I have. That does not work.

The game logs me out of xbox live every time I start the game, and when I try to sign on while the game is running in background, the system tells me it encountered and error (but does not supply an error code).

As far as I know my system software is up to date. Sounds like I need an update for Earthworm Jim HD???

I own earthworm Jim HD, I understand that it is delisted... but I do own it but I can no longer download it.

Should I not be able to?

Sadly it has been delisted for purchase since February of this year. Expired liscensing between the developer and Interplay is probably the reason.

If you did happen to purchase before then you should still be able to redownload the title.
