I’m sorry to hear you’re having some trouble when trying to use your earphones on the Xbox. Let’s try to sort this out.

However, before that, I would like to ask the following questions:

Do you experience the same if you connect a different pair of earphones / headphones?
Are you able to test your earphones with a different Xbox controller?
What procedures you tried prior to your post creation?

Try some new earphones to see if its just the earphones

I have understood that earphones (bluetooth earphones)dont works on xbox

If you have an older controller then the Adaptor will allow you to use your apple earphones.

If you have a new controller, you don't need the adaptor. They'll plug straight in.

Apple's earphones are standard earphones with a standard jack.

The earphones from your Sony Walkman from 1986 will work.
