Earning Reward not Working -Resident Evil 3 Remake

I was supposed to earn 6000 Microsoft Reward Points for clicking on the Punch Card and then buying the Game. I bought the game, but it refuses to register that I earned the points.

It keeps bringing me to the Pre-Order screen, where I have to click on RE3 remake game, find offers to buy it, and that was how I bought it. So why will it not register that I bought the game?

The Pre-Order thing it brings me to no longer even works, you can't buy it, and that is why I had to buy the game from the RE3 thing underneath it. You know, the included in this deal with the RE3 base game picture...

Someone please help me with this, cause I never even got points from buying it even from the base buying the game thing...

I’m still waiting for the Resident Evil 3 nemesis remake, if it’s anything like the resident evil 2 remake it will be incredible

Just explain what happened to the Microsoft Rewards team and they will verify the completion of the quest and deposit the points into your account.

I got same issue. I contacted the Microsoft support, then they said that nothing they can do about it. also told me to contact Capcom so they can help me with the 6000 points??? makes no sense.

I sent I ticket in to Microsoft Rewards program and they manually added in the 6k in points. And the box still remains unchecked on the rewards page on my xbox.
