    Earned avatar awards not shown on xbox one.


    Hey everyone. Ive noticed since the xbox experience has gone live that I cant use my avatar awards ive unlocked in the past. I was completely able to use them before. I cant even find "Avatar Awards" next to the default/purchased cloths like before on my
    xbox one. I tried going on xbox.com as well and tried swapping them there. I was able to swap and save default and purchased items but when I tried the awards, I could put them on my avatar but when is try to save it says "There was an error saving the avatar,
    please try again later". Am I doing something wrong or is just not possible to use the awarded avatar items now?

    Xbox avatar awards

    I have all of my previously earned avatar awards from 360 games available to me on my avatar editor app. The awards are linked to the gamertag, not the console.

    XBLA Awards not showing up

    I just noticed that the awards I've earned are still saved on my hard drive under Avatar Items and are listed in the Games & Apps section in the Xbox guide but when I click on the award it tells me to play the game to earn the awards (even though it
    lists them as already earned. ie-Bloodforge 5 of 5 Awards).

    When I go to change my Avatar, none of the awards are there. All of the props and clothes I have bought still exist , just not the ones I've earned.

    What gives ?

    The achievement isn't the problem, it's the avatar award that's linked to earning the achievement. I got the achievement but not the avatar award.

    If you are referring to the tab under achievements,labeled AWARDS, it list all the avatar awards you have earned in games that have avatar awards (its like achievements for certain games). It just list all games that you have played that has avatar awards
    and the ones you unlocked. It is not a glitch

    If you go into the Avatar editor and then into the Awards section, you should see all the awards earned with that account, try to apply one and it will prompt you to download it again.
