Earned an achievement and gamerscore was not added to total

I am not sure if this is the correct category for this issue. I earned the above and beyond hardcore achievement for diablo 3 reaper of souls about a week ago and the gamerscore was not added to the total. I thought that it would fix it self or if I earned
another achievement it would solve it but it didn't. Today i earned the remaining achievements and the gamerscore for the remaining achievements were added correctly but I am still 50 gamerscore short of the full 1000 gamerscore. The achievements shows all
43 achievements unlocked for diablo 3 reaper of souls but total gamerscore says 950.

Missing Gamerscore and unable to launch Xbox One achievement app

I am unable to open the Xbox One achievement app to view any achievements earned on the Xbox one. The 4,855 Gamerscore earned I have earned on the Xbox one is still viewable on the Xbox 360 at the top of my gamer card. However the 4,855 Gamerscore is missing
from my total.

On the Xbox 360, I am missing 29 achievements totaling 530 Gamerscore across 2 games that were unlocked on 12/27/14 that are showing unlocked when I view my achievements but not added into my Gamerscore.

Had this issue myself several times & it's always sorted itself out after a while.

 

I looked through my achievements again I realized that I had completed a challenge and it should say 44 so it thinks an achievement isn't unlocked but when I view my achievements on xbox.com it shows that I have all achievements. What might of caused this
and is there a way to fix this.

 

This can sometimes happen for no reason. The best way to fix this is the delete your profile from your Xbox console and then redownload it. What this will do is force the console so pull the latest account information from the Xbox servers onto your Xbox
so it all sync's up properly again. There isn't currently an Xbox One version to this guide but the steps are similar;

What you'll need to do is go to the Settings app and delete your profile from there, then when you go to sign into your account again, there should be an option to download a profile. Once redownloaded all the unlocked achievements should be added up correctly.
When deleting your profile, make sure it's only the profile and not the apps and game data associated with it otherwise you'll permanently lose your progress within your games.

 

Re-downloading my profile didn't work the gamerscore for diablo still says 950 and 43 achievements instead of 44. Xbox.com even says 950 gamerscore instead of 1000 for diablo 3 reaper of souls.

 

If i delete my profile on Xbox One and the select to download my profile when i sign into the game will it download my older X360 profile or the much newer Xbox One profile? I am having an issue with the Level 70 achievements and the chapter 1 unlock. I
have gotten 100+ paragon points and loads of gear since moving to Xbox One so i would hate to lose all of the. Please let me know...
