earned achievements in the list, but not counted

hi there,

i played games on windows phone, win8 tablet and xbox 360. i earned different achievements online, with date, but they dont count. when you look in my gamesliste there is a game with 0/200 but when you click on it you can see the earned achievements. the problem
games are: asphalt overdrive, jeremy mcgrath offroad, taptiles and tiny troopers. how can i get these points counted??

Achievement update issues and errors.

I have achievements in SSX that I have unlocked, but they are not being counted on some of my XBox 360 locations. They appear in my achievement list, but not where it shows how many total I have earned. How can I fix this?

Also I've cleared the cache and I've also done a hard restart, and deleted and re-downloaded my account twice. I'm also receiving an error message whenever I try to view my achievements through xbox.com

 

Gamerscore Leaderboard Suggestion

Is there any reason the achievements earned from backwards compatible titles don't show up in this space? Your gamerscore goes up, but the achievements from BC games aren't counted in the leaderboard at all. Think it would be nice to have every achievement
earned count for your score on the leaderboard. Not a huge "problem" I know. Just something I found a bit odd.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! Just to ensure we exhaust all troubleshooting, I would suggest try out these steps first:

• Clear your cache three times.
  
• Delete Profile Only and then Redownload Profile
• Wait at least 7 days from the time you unlocked your last achievement in each game while still unlocking multiple other achievements (if possible)

fantastic tip .... cache 3 times cleared, profile deleted ..... profile download started --> profiles couldn't be downloaded at the moment !!! and now ?? i can't play any games now.....
