Discus and support earned 100 keys, but thet never came in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; on Thailand, I earned 100 keys, community goal was reached, and the keys never came.     on Thailand, I earned 100 keys, community goal was reached, and the keys never came. Advice?

    KEY AWARDS

    I HAVE EARNED 200 KEYS (100 ON TWO OCCASIONS) BUT NEVER RECEIVED THEM. I REACHED THE COMMUNITY GOALS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN IT WAS RE-SET AND I DID NOT GET THE KEYS. WHAT IS THE PROBLEM???

    Not earning rewards from power bingos

    I, too, have earned and over earned the number of bingos required for 100 keys. I have not received the keys earned after the group has reached it's goal. What gives??????

    Third time and still no keys!!!!!

    Same here. I was supposed to receive 100 keys twice and 40 once. NEVER GOT THE KEYS!!!

    xboxes from 05 are junk,thets when they came out your lucky it still worked up till now, get rid of it and get a new one,or buy a refurbished one from somewhere, dont get it repaired because it will cost you 100 or more to get repaired and will take forever
    to get back, its cheaper and faster to just replace it.

    I have filled a power card on 3 occasions and i never get the 100 keys?

    I have never gotten any of my earned keys on a power card. This game would be awesome if it worked. I am about to stop playing.
