Early release sale for Halo 5 Guardians

I have never been more discussed than to pay $64.00 for the early release of Halo 5 just to find out it isn't going to be released until Dec of 2015. I preordered mine on Nov 6th of 2014 and I still have over a year to wait till it ships. WTF? I guess they
will have everybody's money to draw interest on for a year before they have to actually send you what you paid for.

Windows 10, support and release date

Will windows 10 support Halo MCC and Halo 5 guardians, I saw Halo 5 guardians in the Windows 10 video so I'm assuming that is supported. Will it support Madden, WWE, GTAV, CoD AW or Ghosts?

And when is the release date?

 

Halo: Journey.

I think "your journey will begin 2014" was a reference to what was then referred to as "Halo Xbox One", is commonly known as "Halo 5" but officially called "Halo 5: Guardians". It was mooted for a 2014 release but currently a late 2015 release.

 

So...don't pre-order?? You think they are going to run out?

 

Seriously, if you are angry about pre-ordering so far before the game comes out, why pre-order it now? I know I will own Halo 5 when it comes out, but I have not pre-ordered it, and have no worries about not being able to get it later.

 

Pre ordering is foolish whatever the game.

 

Halo isn't going to come out in Dec. That date is a placeholder, which is very common for games that far out that don't have an official release date.

 

Halo release will ither be near bungie day (7/7) or september time i reckon.

exactly, and its even more stupid when people post about pre-orders...

Its like me telling you ive pre-recorded a tv show on my DVR , Useless information , kids these days....

 

Cancel the preorder, and you can reorder again when the timing is within reason.

As for the 2nd part of your thread: Many years ago factories would pay every week. Until they discovered that if they paid every two weeks they could draw more interest off the funds before having to deposit of them into payroll. Withholding Taxes (Fed State
and Local) were cheaper by the week as well.

 

Also don't forget, you gave the money to a retail who has your money, the developers get nothing until they actually release the games to the retailers.

Don't blame the developers for taking your money, blame yourself for giving it to the middleman.

Considering the amount of delays, and the issues with games at the start I am surprised anyone would pre order.

 

Ive pre ordered from Amazon as the dont take your cash till it ships.
