    i'm receveing the error on accessing early access forum.

    Xbox One Preview Early Access Forum Group Not Found

    I am regularly registered in preview program and i have already updated my xbox one to latest version. Please add me to forum.

    Have you been accepted as a Preview Member and already have the Preview app on your console? If so, try contacting support and see if they can have your GT forwarded to Preview team to access the forum.

    No need to contact phone/chat support as they are nothing to do with the preview program & can't grant access to the preview forums.

    Just sit tight & an official support member should see this & grant you access if you are in the preview program

    Be sure to keep an eye out on your Xbox Live messages if you are accepted into the preview program. If you are selected you will be notified and you should have access to the preview forum at that point. If you receive a message and you're still not able
    to access the preview forum please let us know.

    Early Preview Forums

    I am having issues with the game, halo 5.

    I can't update the latest patch (the reqs and big team slayer)

    It is potentially because I have the latest dashboard, but when my friend sent me the invite to the preview program i never received it but when i speak to customer support it says i am apart of the preview program but i do not have utilities such as a
    the preview program app

    hoping for someone to get back to me as soon as possible

    Please ensure you are using the same Xbox Account (Microsoft Account) that was initially invited to the Xbox Preview Program. As the Forums are account specific with giving access to private forums.
