    Early EA Access code not starting download


    After putting in the code sent to me via Xbox messages online with my laptop, I can't seem to start the download or find the app. I've tried to put the code in with my Xbox One, but since I've already used the code on my laptop it says it has already been
    used. Any ideas? Thanks Early EA Access code not starting download :).

    I just got a Xbox one

    EA access is fantastic, add on a few early retail games like DR3 and Forza 5 and you should have a pretty good starting setup.

    On the console go to My Games and Apps and it should be to the far right under Apps so you can download it.

    On the console go to My Games and Apps and it should be to the far right under Apps so you can download it.

    Hey man! It looks like you're referring to the EA Access trial that comes with the $99 version of the game. Did you receive the code for EA access? It should have been delivered to your message center on your console or here on Xbox.com - it can take as
    much as 7-10 days after the purchase for the code to arrive. You will first need to redeem that code to start your trial. Then, you will need to start the EA Access app and look in the Trials section to download the early access full-version of the game. You
    will be able to put in a total of 10 hours of early access gameplay before the official release date.

    strange bug- cant purchase unrated games

    Whats funny is i managed to download the Battlefield 1 Beta by redeeming the EA Insider early access code. Went through straight away and started downloading on the console. Its just absolute comedy.

    Come on Microsoft sort it out !!!
