    Hello matt8687,

    We cannot deposit outside of the scheduled deposit dates. Also, note that pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending
    on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. You can see when Credits are placed as pending on your MyStatement on the MyRewards page.

    Deposit requests are available so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first instead of waiting for them to be scheduled for a deposit when you reach 5,000.

    Deposit requests are only available if you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have them deposited before needing to have 5,000 credits pending first. If you already have 5,000 credits pending, then they are already
    scheduled for deposit.

    Hello oSo Lyfe,

    Since you have been already scheduled for a deposit automatically upon reaching 5000 pending Credits, there is no need to request one.

    The early deposits are only early in the fact that they are scheduled for a deposit before needing 5,000 pending first. Otherwise the credits would just remain pending until you have 5,000. Even with a deposit request, the credits are not deposited earlier
    than the scheduled deposit dates.

    No rewards credit deposit

    Early deposit is only available when you have between 1000 and 5000 points. "Early" means before reaching the 5000 mark that triggers an auto deposit.

    Next deposit is scheduled for 12/04.

    Rewards credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 credits pending, unless you request an early deposit. Early deposits will be deposited on the deposit date listed on the site at the time that you request
    the deposit. You have to have at least 1,000 credits pending in order to request an early deposit.
