    Early Deposit Not Going Through

Just wondering due to State of Decay 2 releasing today.

I was trying to get my Rewards credits applied to my account and so I requested an early deposit on the 5th of this month, however they have still not showed up into my account and I was hoping they could by now so that I could use the credit to get State
    of Decay 2.

    :)

Hi mestopholese. There is an issue with your account that is preventing us from making a successful deposit. The billable account we have for you is not the primary account associated with your Microsoft account. The Payment Operations team is currently
working on a resolution. Once we are able to apply a fix, a deposit will be made. Thanks for your patience

    deposits not going through

    Hello Liteninbolt2k9,

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your US Rewards Account region and your Great Britain Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region
will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Early Deposit Not Going Through

    Hello,

From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

    Deposits not going through

    Hello DHX,

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known internal database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly
communicated to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. This missing information is also why our system is incorrectly asking you to update your data. This issue is currently being worked
on by another team. At the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask for your patience while our other team works on a solution.

    Deposits not going through

    Hello RagnarokMK2,

I can confirm that your region migration is the issue. Your Rewards Account is a separate account from your Microsoft Account that is created based off your Microsoft Account information at the time of your registration. Since at the time of your registration
you were in the Great Britain region, we created a GBR Rewards Account for you. This means we attempt our deposits in GBP. Since your Microsoft Account is not currently set to this region, the deposit cannot complete since we cannot deposit differing regional
    currencies.

This means that in order to resolve this issue, you have two options. You need to either adjust your Microsoft Account to match your Rewards Account, or create a new Rewards Account to match your new Microsoft Account region.

    1) You can adjust your Microsoft Account region to match your Rewards region from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com). This will cause your regions to match and allow your currency to be deposited.

    2) The second option of Creating a brand new account has some pros and cons. The benefit of creating a new Rewards Account is that your new account will be set to track and Reward purchases made in your Microsoft Account's regional currency. The drawback
is that you will lose the previous progress you have made on your account, as you will be creating a brand new Rewards Account.
While we will be able to transfer any pending (un-deposited) Credits from your old Rewards Account, we will not be able to transfer any other progress.

If you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). If you check your MyDashboard at
(https://rewards.xbox.com/mydashboard), you will be able to see if you are still in the registration process. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request
any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

If you have just recently switched your Microsoft Account region back to GBR (Option 1), then it takes us up to 96 hours to process that change. Your current Microsoft Account region will be displayed at the bottom of your MyRewards page.

At the current time, we see that you are still a GBR Rewards Member with a non-GBR Microsoft Account region.

    Deposits not going through

    Hello XboxSnapXNXX,

Your deposits are failing because we cannot deposit currency from your US Rewards Account into your GBR Microsoft Account. Since that account will only accept currencies in GBP, the deposit fails when we attempt to deposit your Credits from your US Rewards
    Account as USD.

This
will cause your regions to match and allow your currency to be deposited.

which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/).
If your join by date still shows "???", and not your recent registration date, then your account has not yet been successfully re-registered. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits
from your old account to your new one.

    Hello sM0keEaTeR666,

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated
to our servers. Since this data is necessary to determine where to place your deposit, the process is aborted. Since this issue is currently being caused by a secure database not under our control, we have escalated the problem and it is currently being worked
on by another team. While they have been able to provide us with fixed deposits in the past, like your last deposit, at the current point in time, they have not yet provided us with an approximate solution date. We apologize for the inconvenience, and ask
for your patience while our other team works on a solution.
