    Early adopters, did you receive any cashback?


    This is a bit of an odd/random question but I was talking to my friend the other day who has had his X1 since December and been a Live member for 6 years about the price he paid for his Xbox One and whether he was annoyed about the price cut when he mentioned
    he received £50 back from Microsoft.

    I'm just curious if anyone else has experienced this as I was left annoyed by the fact, even more so after finding that out he got money back from MS as I've been a Live member for 10 years now and hadn't heard anything about this.

    Giving out Titanfall for free to new adopters feels like a massive slap in the face :/

    Im hearing early adopters will receive an hd remake of urban champion made by rare. Will sport 900p & run @ 220hz as a thank you

    The last time they did this to us the early adopters got two free games and a controller.

    Had it since launch, been on live coming up 9 years, had nothing back and wouldnt expect it either. Doesnt bother me, im more than happy with the purchase

    Won't lie I wish I had waited to buy a One now, but I didn't expect the price to drop this quickly and I got caught up with all the excitement. But I'm not going to complain about it, it was my decision to buy it.

    Not fussed, had my money's worth and happy with my purchase.

    Sure it would have nice if it was cheaper, but it doesn't bother me and I don't feel that I'm owed anything.

    As for me, well, you buy new tech at launch and you pay the price for your own stupidity. Doesn't really bother me though, at least I've got an X1 ready for when the good games start coming out.

    As others have said, I'm frustrated at the drop in price and how meaningless the "day one" thing ended up being, but still content as I didn't have to buy it.
